During the order process please select a preferred delivery date. Please note that this is indicative and will depend on the delivery method you choose and the delivery location.

Standard Shipping

We despatch our orders from Monday to Wednesday using Startrack Express. Fresh products ordered online are packed in an insulated box with gel ice packs, products are NOT refrigerated in transit. Please ensure when ordering that the recipient will be home to receive the order so they can refrigerate the fresh items immediately.

How do I qualify for Free Shipping?

The standard shipping cost for orders under $140 is $20. To qualify for Free Standard Shipping you need to spend $140 or more in our online store in a single transaction. Our team will pack and dispatch your order as quickly as possible using our Standard Delivery service.

Christmas Delivery Cut Off Times

Due to the high volume of orders at this time, we recommend placing your orders early to avoid delays.

Based on advice from Startrack and our courier partners, the following cut off dates are in for Christmas for orders placed before 1pm AEDT:

TAS   18 December
VIC    18 December
NSW 18 December
SA     18 December
QLD  18 December
WA    18 December
NT     18 December

Our warehouse will be closed from the 24th of December until the 3rd of January. Any orders received after the cut off dates will be sent from the 6th of January onwards.
